Agusto & Co. hereby affirms the ‘AA-(IM)’ rating of Chapel Hill Denham Management Limited (‘CHDM’ or ‘the Manager’). The rating reflects CHDM’s experienced decision-making committees, well-documented investment and risk management processes and adequate segregation of duties. The rating is also upheld by the Manager’s good operational track record, adoption of ESG principles and a stable base of well-experienced professionals leading key teams. Nonetheless, the rating is constrained by the limited capability of the portfolio management tool to automate pre-trade checks.
