Agusto & Co. hereby affirms the AA(IM) rating assigned to ARM Investment Managers Limited (“ARM IM” or “the Manager”).
The rating expires on 21 October 2026.
Agusto & Co. hereby affirms the ‘AA(IM)’ rating assigned to assigned to ARM Investment Managers Limited (“ARM IM” or “the Manager”). The rating is upheld by ARM IM’s well-composed decision-making committees, good operational track record and membership of an established financial services group. The rating also reflects the Manager’s good investment and risk management capabilities and adequate segregation of duties. However, the rating is constrained by the continued staff turnover across critical functions. Nonetheless, we note that ARM IM has demonstrated adequate capacity to replace exiting personnel throughout the review period. We will, therefore, continue to monitor staff and management stability, given its potential impact on the business.
