Agusto & Co. hereby affirms the ‘Bbb’ rating assigned to Greenwich Trustees Limited (“Greenwich Trustees” or “the Trustee”). The rating reflects Greenwich Trustees’ established operational track record of more than 20 years, good profitability, adequate capitalisation, good liquidity profile and experienced and competent management team. However, the rating is constrained by the concentration in placements and managed funds and the considerable reliance on the cyclical public trust business. We have also considered the impact of rising yields in the financial markets on the Trustee’s business and issuances in the debt capital market.
Greenwich Trustees is licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to provide trusteeship services, including bond trusteeship, corporate trusteeship, sinking fund management, child education trust, estate/will administration and nominee services.
