The rating expires on 31 December 2025.
Agusto & Co hereby affirms the ‘BBB(IM)’ rating assigned to FundCo Capital Managers Limited (‘FundCo’ or ‘the Manager’). The rating reflects FundCo’s experienced leadership team and good deal screening process with support from reputable third parties as well as the Manager’s commitment to sustainable investment practices. However, the rating is constrained by the absence of Board subcommittees and FundCo’s limited operational track. We have also taken into consideration the impact of the weakening macroeconomic environment on the Manager’s capacity to effectively fund raise and generate positive real returns.
