Agusto & Co. hereby upgrades the rating assigned to Coral Money Market Fund (‘Coral MMF’ or ‘the Fund’) to A(f).
The rating expires on 8 August 2025.
Agusto & Co. hereby upgrades the rating of Coral Money Market Fund (‘Coral MMF’ or ‘the Fund’) to A(f). The rating is upheld by improved adherence to regulatory guidelines for asset allocation and low exposure to liquidity and interest rate risks. The rating, however, remains constrained by the Fund’s significant exposure to securities at the lower end of the acceptable rating scale which we consider to have moderate exposure to credit risk and the limited utilisation of the current software for pre-trade checks. We have also considered the impact of the weakening macroeconomic environment, which has the potential to heighten risk exposures.
