The rating expires on 15 January 2025.
Agusto & Co. hereby upgrades the rating of Chapel Hill Denham Management Limited (‘CHDM’ or ‘the Manager’) to ‘AA-(IM)’. The rating reflects CHDM’s improved investment management, good operational track record and stable base of well-experienced professionals leading key teams. The rating also reflects the Manager’s good governance structure, well-documented risk management processes and adoption of ESG principles. Nonetheless, we have also taken into consideration the weak macroeconomic environment and its capacity to elevate investment and operational risk.
