Agusto & Co. hereby assigns an A+(PFM) rating to CrusaderSterling Pensions Limited (‘CrusaderSterling’ or ‘the PFA).

The rating expires on 5 June 2025.

Agusto & Co. assigns an ‘A+(PFM)’ rating to CrusaderSterling Pensions Limited (“CrusaderSterling” or “the PFA”). The rating upgrade reflects the PFA’s significant investment in the automation of key processes around contributions management and benefits administration relative to our previous review in 2018. We have also taken into consideration the PFA’s good operational track record, stable base of well-experienced professionals leading key teams and adequately documented investment and risk management processes. The rating is, however, constrained by the manual interventions in the reconciliation process. We have also taken into consideration the weak macroeconomic environment on the PFA’s investment performance and operations and heightened competitive landscape in the pension industry.
