Agusto & Co. hereby upgrades the rating assigned to United Capital Asset Management Limited (‘UCAML’ or ‘the Manager’) to ‘A+(IM)’. The rating is upheld by the Manager’s improved counterparty selection framework, expansion into infrastructure fund management supported by a reputable third party and additional technology upgrades. The rating also reflects UCAML’s good operational track and membership of an established financial services group. However, the rating is constrained by the frequent staff exits across strategic roles. We have also taken into consideration the weak macroeconomic environment and its capacity to elevate investment and operational risks
