The rating expires on 17 September 2027.

Agusto & Co. assigns a ‘BBB(IM)’ rating to Alpha Morgan Capital Managers Limited (“Alpha Morgan” or “the Manager”). The rating is upheld by Alpha Morgan’s experienced leadership and decision-making team. The rating also reflects the Manager’s multi layered approval process and support from Alpha Morgan Bank through shared resources, liquidity and cross selling opportunities. However, the rating is constrained by the manual risk surveillance process and lean enterprise risk management function. We have also considered the combined internal audit and internal control functions, which, in our view, exposes the unit to self-review threats.
