The rating expires on 16 January 2025.

Agusto & Co. hereby assigns an “SR 3” rating to Jubilee-Life Mortgage Bank Plc (“Jubilee-Life”, “JLMB” or “the Servicer”). The rating is supported by Jubilee-Life’s adequate staffing and experienced management team, satisfactory corporate governance and risk management structures and adequate loan administration and monitoring procedures. The rating is, however, constrained by the Servicer’s high staff attrition rate and weak adherence to regulatory guidelines.
