Agusto & Co. hereby affirms the Aa-(f) rating assigned to Legacy Money Market Fund

Agusto & Co. hereby affirms the Aa-(f) rating assigned to Legacy Money Market Fund (“Legacy MMF” or “the Fund”). The rating reflects Legacy MMF’s low exposure to liquidity, credit and interest rate risks as well as the Manager’s good track record in the management of collective investment schemes. However, the rating is impaired by the limited functionality of the current portfolio management software in carrying out pre-trade compliance checks. We have also taken into consideration the dual roles of the Chief Executive Officer as the Chief Investment Officer, which has the potential to undermine independent oversight in the investment decision-making process.
