Agusto & Co. hereby assigns a ‘BBB-(IM)’ rating to Myrtle Asset Management and Trust Limited (‘Myrtle’ or ‘MAMTL’ or ‘the Manager). The rating reflects Myrtle’s good board composition, experienced decision-making committees and well-documented investment process guidelines. However, the rating is constrained by key man risk in the risk management & compliance and internal control & audit teams. We have also taken into consideration the limited use of technology in managing operational risk and the self-review threats in the combined audit and control functions.
