Agusto & Co affirms the ‘Bbb’ entity rating assigned to C&I Leasing Plc. (The Group).

The rating expires on 30 June 2019.

Agusto & Co affirms the ‘Bbb’ rating assigned to C&I Group (“C&I” or “the Group”). This rating reflects the Group’s adequate liquidity and funding profile, satisfactory risk management framework and good asset quality. The rating is however constrained by high leverage and an operating cash flow which is insufficient to cover mandatory capital expenditure. The rating also takes into cognisance, the Group’s capitalisation which we believe requires improvement.
