Agusto & Co. affirms the “SR3” rating assigned to Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc (“the Servicer”, “Infinity Trust” or “ITMB”). The rating which expires on 31 October 2021 is supported by an experienced management team, satisfactory governance and risk management structures and adequate operations systems and processes.
The rating is, however, constrained by the manual credit appraisal process and manual document management systems.
