Agusto & Co. affirms the “SR3” rating assigned to Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc (“Infinity Trust”, “ITMB”, or “the Servicer”). The rating is supported by an experienced management team, efficient collections and recovery procedures, satisfactory asset administration, established policies and effective risk management controls. The rating, however, remains constrained by the manual credit appraisal processes and no documented succession plan for the Managing Director.
