Agusto & Co. affirms the SR3 rating assigned to Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc. (“Infinity Trust” or “the Servicer”). The rating is supported by a stable and well-experienced management team with good succession planning at the leadership level, ample business continuity framework, satisfactory asset administration and adequate collection and recovery procedures. The rating is however, constrained by the manual credit appraisal process and limited functionalities of systems with regards to data management.
