Agusto & Co assigns an A-(IM) rating to FBNQuest Funds (‘FBNQ Funds’ or ‘the Manager’). The rating is supported by the Manager’s track record in private equity investments, qualified and experienced board of directors (‘the Board’) and a well-established deal selection process. However, the rating is constrained by the absence of non-executive directors on the Manager’s board, which is a deviation from corporate governance best practice. We also note the absence of dedicated tools to manage investment risks post-disbursement.
