The rating expires on 31 December 2024.

Agusto & Co. affirms the BBB+(IM) rating assigned to Growth and Development Asset Management Limited (‘GDL AML’ or ‘the Manager’). The rating is upheld by the Manager’s qualified and experienced decision-making committees, good operational risk management processes and a well-defined process for generating good quality research. The rating is however constrained by the manual pre-trade checks, a lean structure and the familial relationship which exists on the Board.
