Agusto & Co. hereby assigns a ‘BBB-(IM)’ rating to Wealthbridge Asset Management Limited (‘Wealthbridge AML’ or ‘the Manager’). The rating reflects Wealthbridge AML’s satisfactory research capabilities, experienced investment committee and documented investment and risk management processes. The rating is, however, constrained by the Manager’s limited operational track, manual portfolio and risk management processes, weak segregation of duties and key man risk across functions.
