Agusto & Co. hereby assigns an ‘A(IM)’ rating to Investment One Financial Services Limited (“Investment One” or “the Manager”). The rating is upheld by the Manager’s good operational track record, well-experienced decision-making committees, and stable base of long-serving employees. The rating also reflects Investment One’s good governance structure and the increasing adoption of technology across its operations. However, the rating is constrained by the need to strengthen internal credit risk assessment processes and the potential for self-review threats arising from the internal control officers’ reporting line to the Head of Internal Audit.
