Agusto & Co. hereby upgrades the rating assigned to Comercio Partners Money Market Fund (‘Comercio MMF’ or ‘the Fund’) to Bbb+(f).

The rating expires on 8 December 2025.

Agusto & Co. upgrades the rating of Comercio Partners Money Market Fund (“CP MMF” or “the Fund”) to Bbb+(f). The rating upgrade reflects a more conservative asset allocation strategy relative to the prior review period, support from a growing financial services group and well-experienced portfolio managers. However, the rating is impaired by regulatory breaches and a concentrated unitholding base.
