Agusto & Co. hereby upgrades the rating assigned to Guaranty Trust Money Market Fund to Aa-(f)

Agusto & Co. hereby hereby upgrades the rating of Guaranty Trust Money Market Fund (‘GTMMF’ or ‘the Fund’) to ‘Aa-(f)’. The rating upgrade reflects improvement in adherence to regulatory limits and the Fund’s continued low exposure to credit, interest rate and liquidity risks. In addition, we viewed positively GT MMF’s diverse unitholding base, good investment process and support provided by an established financial services group. However, the rating is constrained by the limited use of technology in the subscription and redemption processes. We have also taken into consideration the impact of the weakened macroeconomic environment on the Manager’s ability to ensure stability in the Fund’s assets under management.
