Agusto & Co. hereby WITHDRAWS the “Bbb-” ratings assigned to Eat ‘N’ Go Limited and Eat & Go Finance SPV Plc’s ₦11.5 Billion Bond
Agusto & Co. hereby WITHDRAWS the “Bbb-” ratings assigned to Eat ‘N’ Go Limited (“the Sponsor”) and Eat & Go Finance SPV Plc’s ₦11.5 Billion Seven-Year 14.25% Fixed Rate Senior Unsecured Series 1 Bond Due 2026 and ₦3.5 Billion Seven-Year 13.25% Fixed Rate Senior Unsecured Series 2 Bond Due 2029 after the subsisting rating contracts were terminated by the Sponsor on 20 August 2023.
